  • What devices do I need to run the TurtleScanner app?

    iPad and Structure Sensor or and iPad with LiDAR support.

  • What files can I download?

    After you have scanned and uploaded the scans to the cloud, they will be processed so you can download them. You can choose to download in millimeter and meter. The file extensions can be OBJ or STL.

  • What is the accuracy and resolution of TurtleScanner?

    A wide range of different industries use the scanner like interior design, estate agents, doctors, orthopedists and podiatrists.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We provide the methods PayPal and Creditcard. For businesses located in Europe we also provide IBAN direct debit.

  • When TurtleScanner monthly/annual subscription plans are billed?

    All subscription plans are billed at the beginning of each billing period starting from the day you buy the subscription and are renewed automatically.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    You can always cancel your monthly or annual subscription from within your TurtleScanner account. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing period. There will not be any refunds.
